Cancellation Policy & Booking Information

Before you book, please read over my cancellation policy. It is the same policy you agree to when finalizing your appointment, so I'll give you the heads up before you get in too deep.

Since I do not "double-book," you are the only person in my chair during your appointment time. This ensures that you are given all of my attention. Once you claim your spot, that's it; I turn others away and they may miss out on that particular time slot with me.

If you do need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, I totally get it. I do, however, need at least 48hrs notice so I am able to try to fill that void in my schedule. If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service cost. Any cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

If you happen to be running behind, please let me know. For most services, if you are 15mins or more late, I cannot give you my best work. Being late to your appointment also makes me run late for others' appointments (no one likes going to their doctor's office and waiting past their appointment time, and no one likes wasting their afternoon at the salon). So with that being said, if you are more than 15mins late, please note your appointment may be rescheduled and also subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment (the absolute worst offense if you ask any hairstylist, barber, self-employed person), you will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service cost. No exceptions. You may also be denied future appointments. 

While I do understand that things may come up, if there isn't a butt in my chair, I don't make a living. If I don't make a living, I can't give my pups a roof over their heads. If I can't keep a roof over their heads, get the point.

When booking, you will be required to leave a credit card on file to secure your appointment. There will be no exceptions for fees incurred by last minute cancellations or no-shows.
